General assembly of the Japan Madagascar Association

The Japan-Madagascar Association is an organisation that brings together as its members’ former Ambassadors of Japan to Madagascar, companies, researchers and individuals linked to Madagascar. It has led since 1990 many activities in the field of international cooperation in Madagascar, such as support to elementary schools and health centres, deforestation, etc. On June 19th, it held its annual general meeting to discuss the report on 2017 activities, the big projects in progress the Japanese Government pushes ahead and the current situation in Madagascar.
